No doubt if the central focus of this business model is delivery services it would be hard to find a better location. I don't see pizza guys using the highways around here so sitting near I-10 is meaningless other than the fact that the highway bisects a very healthy population of middle to upper middle class families.

A successful franchise here would greatly improve investors excitement about the potential for this type of restaurant. We could easily situate 5-10 stores in the San Gabriel Valley and these towns are very business-friendly when it comes to competing for investment.

I have personally been flown to Pittsburgh, PA three times to meet with Jim and Bill Vowler and they served my husband and I every and anything we wanted on the menu. The pizza is terrific. I have tasted better, sure, but it was a mom & pop shop. I bet that shop wouldn't be able to duplicate their menu because the chef is prob the owner. UPZS is the best franchised pizza we have ever tasted and their menu is insane!

The first time my husband and I came home from PA, we felt like someone who had driven a Ferrari all week long only to return to a Ford Focus. The pizza we thought was OK was awful. It forever changed us which is both good and bad. Good to have tasted Jim's pizza, bad to be stuck in this area without it.

Just wait. You'll see what we're talking about.

(how do you post pics on this thing. I'll add some from our visit to Bill's house.)
