Good morning~~I see we did have some profit taking today...Seems the price is trying to crawl back up the ladder again..Slowly...Do you think the buyer of the last few days is done?...Or did he wait to see if he could get more cheap shares by letting a few take profits then proceed again?..I guess we'll find out by the end of the day...Where my chartmaster EZ?........Aloha

My feeling is that it will be a combination...but would not expect shares distributions in 2001. In my opinion HRCT should hold shares until e-education is stable... and leave options open to use the shares in a combination of a long term dividend strategy with retaining equity in the public companies to gain addtional funding either through debt financing or sale (gain on investment)to raise cash... If HRCT stategies of divesting the subsidiares into public companies pays off as the WTO and ecoomic recovery becomes reality than I would not be in a hurry to dividend those assets away...JMO
