Speculation aside, something or somebody drove the PPS up this week with no PR or financial news. If the share prices rise in the immediate future, we have to assume something is brewing or the company is buying back shares.
With the low PPS, using $5M to buy back 50-60M shares would have a huge impact on the float. That would certainly pacify resticted shareholders- who are bound to be ready to sell shares within the next year and don't want their shares to be relatively worthless.
