Eik, I'm just trying to figure out Malyshev's reasoning for $1 pps by year end. If he seriously thinks it will be at that level by year's end then he has to have something big up his sleeve that he is not privy to let out yet. Maybe (pure speculation) he's got that dollar bid lined up (or there abouts) if he reaches a certain deal or two that would benefit a major buying them out.
