mefoos, that addresses the what and why, not the when. By WHEN do they have to cover?

Because if they can wait in effect indefinitely, then why not wait until the 144 filers push down the price even further before they cover?

Like I asked earlier, what's to stop them from covering when/if the PPS drops down to mere pennies?

I think this is a reasonable question.
