I am not a lawyer or a SEC gov official, but to me they meaning clients of ATURD have been covering.First run was .004 to .35.Next was .22 to 1.25 as small as it was.I have charted their daily vol every day since they went to PAVC.I believe they have been covering all along. Even when the price seems to be going down they with the cooperation of MMs were able to buy it at the bid.Therefore killing two birds at the same time.JPHC had a short of 5 billion or more acoding to their IR guy (GLENN),then we went to a 200/1 reverse split,(new short # 25 million.Remember the O/S is 30 million.So they have had a year to cover since cert pull.Do you think the COMPANY would have any problem proving a short or stock minipulation in their stock.I DOUT IT!!!!!!!!!! Now the DTC &SEC will or could pay damages to COMP or us.
