Woody what makes you say this please

"and a naked short would be playing with his Dad's allowance at this level."

A naked short is something very difficult to trace and infinitely harder to prove. I agree with you on one of your points, the stock is being professionally manipulated. I would caution however to never underestimate a naked short. It is inherently difficult to track, some very experienced in this market have called this corruption the perfect crime.

It is an oversight IMHO to discount the significance of any Naked Short. Some scope for you on Naked Short Selling

Wooden Indian There are NO naked shorts here check buyins see for your self!! You say something is wrong I agree maybe you should start to wonder why we used to get the share structure from the Transfer Agent take a guess where we are getting the float figure from NOW The float figure is the only important figure!!

Grandfather clause eliminated..

Today at a SEC hearing..

Grandfather clause was voted unanimously to be eliminated. Tick test is voted unanimously to be eliminated. T+13 to set action on existing fails, 35 days is outside date to close out fails. 6 months to eliminate all existing fails. Phase out period

Well Wooden Indian if there are any naked shorts here this news will flush them out!! Wont it? You guys are barking up the wrong tree as far as NS goes. We must look in the back yard first I want to hear the float figure from the Transfer Agents mouth!!
