You raise an excellent point about the TA have heard this before that the TA was unapproachable thanks for the confirmation on that.
Getting back to an NSS possibility. This stock predictably plunges on what normally should drive the stock upwards. That is totally symptomatic of NSS. Now you mention the TA won't talk to you. Did you ever ask yourself why, could it be they are having a hard time accounting for the discrepancies.
I think the company is worried it can't account for the PPS woes and that again points to the problem of manipulation. NSS is also a great way to dispense of a competitor call it what you like hostile takeover, industrial espionage doesn't matter fact is it happens. IMHO IDTA is exhibiting tell tale signs of NSS and if Buy Ins .net was as reliable as everyone said it was there would be no NSS problem would there.
Additionally I believe Yaacov is delaying and omitting PR's because he knows there is a trading discrepancy and by laying low as he is definitely doing he is hoping the whole problem will just go away. WRONG if it is NSS they will drive this company directly into the dirt until it dies. Tidy way of dispensing with your competitor if it's a threat not to mention the millions that have already likely been bilking out of this company.
IDTA is professionally manipulated, I am not saying the CEO is the white knight here but with all this good news supposedly happening how do we keep going down. It is possible he may be an accomplice I can't say for sure but that happens also. When a stock dives on good news and then right as rain bobs to the surface after on no news something is seriously wrong. That something is professional manipulation. How many times have you seen IDTA do that? To many for this shareholder IDTA does not trade normally ever end of story. What about that huge 50 million volume spike a couple years ago the CEO didn't understand it so what caused that ABNORMAL rise in volume. There was no news to support and nothing in the pipeline to justify that 3 day frenzy but it happened and we all figured it was momentum. HELLO?
If you think it can't happen take a look at USXP or EagleTech or Overstock yes even CMKX I'm quite serious this is not made up NSS is a huge problem and with so many wealthy business men on the take like HedgeFunds like Brokers yes even some higer ups in the SEC have been shown to be complicit it is that much harder to correct. Congressman and senators have raised the issue publicly and being so ingrained in the system it STILL gets swept under the rug. All I want to make clear on this subject Orangemen is we are not immune, and if you think it will go away by not talking about it guess again.
Hard to detect, harder by order of magnitude to prove, but it does exist and one's DD is flawed if your going to overlook that possibility with any company including IDTA.
