Naked shorts really get burned if the company they short has profits that get distributed to the shareholders.
I hope we will be in that position soon.
The creators, founders, and investors are in the same boat.
All shares are common shares, as far as I understand.
Some may be restricted for awhile, but democracy seem to rule here.

Richie, I love you, man.
But to naked short takes volume. What I'm saying is that this stock is not on the radar of naked shorts or manipulators. There is no volume. This is peanuts, this volume. What I meant in a crude way is that anybody naked shorting this stock would have to wait a month of volume to make a dime, hence, playing with his allowance.
It's really a stock that has potential within it's own structure if Yaacov, who is the problem here, would step forward and really 'reward' those who've been patient and forebearing on his meager attempts at forthrightness (truthfullness). The product is fantastic, the market is ready, the management is .... well, let us say, lacking.

Personal note to Yaacov....Buddy, I've lambasted you in the past for your inconsiderate behavior toward shareholders and I don't need to repeat my comments. 'Follow the money' is all that matters here and I figure if we follow the money where you are concerned we will find the true reason for our dilemma as shareholders. It is somehow more profitable for you to keep us where we are then for you to raise the level of 'truth' and raise the stock price for all of us. I don't know how this is advantageous to you but I 'know' that it's the reason behind your false promise and lack of forthrightness. Follow the money. Follow the money. It's the money in your pocket we need to follow. There is no stock manipulation or shorted stocks here. This is Yaacov, period, making money. Yaacov, period. I think Yaacov is skimming off the top. Yaacov, care to respond?
