chunga1, this company cares nothing of their shareholders. They didn't prior to the R/S and that hasn't changed one bit since, infact it's gotten worse since they snowballed everyone that Cornell couldn't sell below .40.
I just wonder if management broke the law by misleading us in regards to cornell and what the shares could be sold for? I never heard anything about if they were in default that Cornell could sell at market. I am not an attorney but would appreciate some thoughts on this.
