I agree with Weo. This has gotten rediculous. We have been mislead on so many fronts. Something needs to be done to protect the shareholders in some capacity. Personally, I have been told a lot of things from upper management that flat out are pie in sky scenarios. What a bag of poop we have been sold.

If you read far enough down into the filings, you'll see the clause that makes the Cornell shares available for converting so cheaply.

It's a very nasty little sentence or two.
