Spin- A couple things...

As much as you like to claim objectivity, the fact is, when you're out of the stock, you tend towards more accusatory terms when discussing Wave. Like, "even if Wave is vindicated for unloading more than a half million shares into the august pump".

It wasn't a "pump", it was valid news, of the kind this company has never seen.

I thought you had made an effort to reduce the grit in the sandpaper?

Second, I know someone who tried to get over a million in the latest PP. He couldn't. He got less than half what he wanted. There's no 'financial crisis'. There is more money out there, hopefully at a higher price, which means less dilution. I think the SEC thing is a huge red herring.

SPIN, S-3 was due Friday. I expect that the SEC "investigation" has delayed that a bit. How long? Noone here knows. Your presumption that the current SEC investigation would unreasonabley delay the S-3 filing is just that...presumtive.

I 've read a lot of your posts. I've seen you shift from non supportive to highly supportive and now back again. I think Unclever's note does highlight one thing. When you were excited and invested, the sales and repayment of Peter's loan were viewed positively; now that you are down on Wave, you've repostioned events and feelings. I don't dispute many of the things you say, but your user name has an uncanny likeness to the person.

BTW when pump and dump is used, it is never used in a positve way. And it is often a conscious excercise. While wave ceretainly wanted some upside form the announcments as they were in that financing mode, they were as shocked as anyone when the stock moved the way it did. I think the sales were opportunistic to relieve some company and personal financial pressure but not planned as in pump and dump.
