Spin- A couple things...

As much as you like to claim objectivity, the fact is, when you're out of the stock, you tend towards more accusatory terms when discussing Wave. Like, "even if Wave is vindicated for unloading more than a half million shares into the august pump".

It wasn't a "pump", it was valid news, of the kind this company has never seen.

I thought you had made an effort to reduce the grit in the sandpaper?

Second, I know someone who tried to get over a million in the latest PP. He couldn't. He got less than half what he wanted. There's no 'financial crisis'. There is more money out there, hopefully at a higher price, which means less dilution. I think the SEC thing is a huge red herring.
