#21187 RE: SirFelix #21186

SF

My share post was share info and capital structure history of the company. Had zero to do with Dalby.

You said: "Dalby has not issued one share of the 400M authorized increase"

Of course he has - the previous authorized share # was 100M - they were runinng up against the 100M which is why they needed the 400M - remember the debate of 200M vs 400M

With 102M shares outstanding as of 4/27 they have used some of the 400M and will continue to...

Yes, I was just getting ready to post that I appreciated that you put in what the OS was sitting at when we had our vote. You are correct, I had forgotten about that being at 96MM OS before our vote (However, I seem to remember it being slightly lower, like 92MM or 95MM; regardless, it was pretty close to that CRITICAL 100MM, LOL). In that light, the numbers do look a bit different and less negative.
However, in a way it is more negative to me, because in this new light, I know the General is seriously looking at the use of another 40MM (based on what he said in the CC when we were deciding whether or not to approve the new shares). After my conversation with Haag, I was getting in my head (Let me be clear - HE DID NOT SAY THIS) that most of the 40MM was already kind of worked out, and that, IF any more shares were added, they certainly would not be more than 3 to 10MM for the year. Hmmmmm.
I was setting my mind to thinking the General would be extremely skeptical about every share over that 40MM which, in my mind, most had already been used and are already accounted for in the OS. But you point out that that just is not the case, rather he has only used a few million of that 40MM. Now I see that we may even get to 145MM OS before the end of 07 - YUK!!!
OK, just a bit of a brain adjustment here - still all other factors, almost all positive, remain in effect in how they may affect the pivot point of debt, share issuance, and product roll-out.

So re-summarizing BC's list of shares:
Outstanding shares:

12/31/01 32,931,842
12/31/02 37,331,448
12/31/03 48,568,628
12/31/04 60,438,152
3/1/05 60,859,064
~96M just prior to the vote to increase AS in fall of 06.
4/27/07 102,257,599 !!!!!!!!

Again, this is how we can benefit from negative posters. So much information becomes available to others when the positive posters debate the issues and refute their claims instead of calling them names and telling them to stop posting. And you know, sometimes they (the bashers) are right. Then we can all minimize our losses when it becomes obvious that the positive posters cannot really refute the negative claims. Everyone on the board can benefit in this way - we don't go broke, and we have preserved capital to invest when conditions swing to a more profitable possibility.
