sbc357, I think your take is accurate and I'm glad you called Virtra seeking the answers to your questions.
I wanted to be sure you completely understood BC's post about the outstanding shares. Yes, he has the right to post it, but its attention to accuracy is somewhat suspect and the record should be set straight.
As far as I know, Dalby has not issued one share of the 400M authorized increase and IMO, will stick to his guns regarding limiting the released shares to 40M. I'm hoping the debt obligations will be paid for via net revenue and NOT by dilution. We shall see.
