If so, I hope CBAY wins, but it looks doubtful since 2 other courts have struck down their claim. It would be nice if CBAY won, because I would like to know that they have some assets.

The CBAY vs. Ararat case was filed 04/25/07, coincidentally the same date as the filing of RP's resignation. It now appears that at least he did do one thing he said he was going to do (or maybe this was Andy's doing). Like many other investors who have been burned by this company, I am trying to find something that will give hope to even a penny rise in the price of stock.
