Plaintiffs can allege what they choose, yes, but in this case they are alleging fraud. If that is wrong, show me why.
You are discussing the tactics and possible outcomes of legal actions. That is a different topic and you may be correct in what you have to say about it.
I'm talking about the insurance company paying if the plaintiffs succeed in proving fraud, or if Globetel settles on the basis of having committed fraud. People think no big deal, the insurance will cover the damages. That's not true, imo.
