Pokestake, you're reasoning is a bit inconsistent. Plaintiffs can allege anything they choose, but if the company's lawyers believe plaintiffs cannot prove some or all of the allegations (and plaintiffs realize that after spending much time and money, they might not prevail), the case will be settled. These class action suits against businesses are not about going to trial.
