Snackman, you advocate for you position and then try to pretend that you don't. It's over. ... But it's not over. I will spare you the recitation.

You may know where I am coming from regarding the proxy, as you say... after all the effort I've put in here, I certainly hope you do! ... (though I haven't explicityly stated a vote) ... I can tell you though that at $10 share price - as you purport - I will not be forgetting about 500K in options.

It's still 1.2% per individual per year.

Snackman

I know your memory is better than that. When Wave is at $10 it will be close to the price (post RS) that I first bought it back when the days when cell phones were novel (I think they were invented back then). Except at that time $450 million market cap would have been a big gain. Why reaching this level is a big milestone is beyond me. Giving away 1% of the company is still givng away 1% of the company.

Snackman, I hope SKS holds as many of his optioned shares as he can when he exercises. That way he will increase his stake and enjoy the long term appreciation of his holdings if indeed this does become a high growth company. I have no problem with this company becoming more closely held by the insiders, in fact I welcome it. Bill Gates still owns close to 10% of MSFT.

Believe me when I say: when the stock is $10.00, the proxy will be old news, and no will care

$10 per share is only $3.33 pre-RS.

If you are claiming people will forget the proxy when the stock is only back to a level it was 4 years ago, i beg to differ. My memory is not that short.
