I would bet a lot of money you will never see 500,000 granted to one individual unless we did a billion dollars in a 12 month period, and then it will be well deserved.

They are not going to give anyone 1.2% of the company at this point in time.

And, with another private placement on the horizon, it will probably be closer to 1%, which what it was in the past.

"It's still 1.2% per individual per year."

Hi Unclever,

You make a very good point in that statement. It amazes me that so many people don't seem to understand percentages. I keep reading arguments from some posters that if the stock is $5, or $10, or $50, or some other higher value in the future then no one will care about giving away 500,000 shares to an individual each year. To me, Wave still wants to be able to give away 1.2% of the company a year to an individual. Furthermore, the profit to the individual simply increases by the same multiple as the increased value of the shares. Making the actual dollars received when the options are exercised even more outrageous.

The other argument I find baffling is that Wave will never actually grant anyone 500,000 shares because they haven't "abused" the options in the past. If Wave has no intention of ever granting such a number, then there is no need to ask for it.

Regards,
