UncleverName, I know where you are coming from regarding the proxy and I don't hold it against you. (That was said in a very friendly way)

Many of my closest friends on this item are on both sides of the fence and even though they may not be on the same side as me, I have no hard feelings toward anyone.

I hope everyone else has the same attitude, so that we can all move together, to better days.

AWK is one my closest friends. We have been together for many many years. He is voting his conscience, and I am voting mine. Even if our votes are different, that will not change our relationship.

For me it's over, because I have already voted my four accounts on the proxy.
