BBigtim,

Clearly articulated. And spoken without the need for emotional outbursts. Adding to the respect that defines most who read your words. Thanks again,

Bigtim--Your Latest Doubletalk!
You explicitly state(see below) that your preference is that the YES vote wins! And yet you have the unmitigated audacity to whipsaw around and under the board under the guise that you are in the NO group!

You are very clear: The "outcome" you wish you could "dictate" would a YES win in a close vote.

Actually the whole post is vintage bigtime: an escape clause in every paragraph!

My Preference

If I could dictate the outcome, the options proposals would pass by a handful of votes. That would minimize the disruptive effect, but it would underscore for the BOD how badly they screwed up by rubber stamping these proposals.

I expect these options proposals to pass, but I would rather see them defeated outright than to pass by a large margin. Don't be taken in by those who say they got the message. There is only one way to unequivocally send the message, and you all know what it is.

In my opinion, these proposals cannot be defended on the merits. If you let them talk you into taking one for the team, you send the message that any amount of hubris can eventually be forgiven. Draw the line.
