Barge/Is This Clear Enough?

I will vote my shares no. There is nothing you or SKS could say about these bloated proposals that would cause me to revisit that decision. I urge others to vote no if they want to send the same message to the BOD that I do.

If my votes or my opinions stated here contribute to a defeat of the options proposals, I am comfortable with that. That outcome would be preferable to the message of indulgence that would be sent if the proposals win by a wide margin. I affirm my view that the best outcome would be for the proposals to pass by only a handful of votes, because that would minimize the disruption and would constitute a sufficient rebuke by the shareholders.
