does anyone know how long it takes to get a judgement after the answers are due?

Depends on how busy the judge is. With this many defendants, naturally things will be more complicated. I once submitted a motion to dismiss and it took the judge more than six months just to rule on it.

lux, if you send in your answer, i do not believe the court can hit you with a judgment until there is a trial. If you do not file your response the court can and most likely will hit you with a default judgment. Very important to file on time!

If it goes to trial, we have the perfect venue here to fight with all of our might. We can band together and hire the best attorney money can buy, so we have proper legal defense against the deep pockets of the company.

Remeber to question in your answer why have old NOBO list not been used to find those who sold prior to the halt? Why are we ignoring the database with the most likely perps of the fraus?????

cant a judgement can take months maybe years?. especially if some people avoid the summons and the plaintiff's attorneys have to go to extra measures to get the summons delivered, i.e., hire a formal process server who delivers it in person...

luxytx, anywhere from days, to weeks, to months, to years.
And no I am not being a smart a$$ here. There is just no way for us to tell or predict with any certianty at this point. Way to many variables at this point. All of which are out of our control and or sphere of influence at this time. Any one tells you otherwise is just blowing optimistic & unrealistic smoke up your skirt. But some do enjoy the warmth.

Have Fun,
