lux, if you send in your answer, i do not believe the court can hit you with a judgment until there is a trial. If you do not file your response the court can and most likely will hit you with a default judgment. Very important to file on time!

If it goes to trial, we have the perfect venue here to fight with all of our might. We can band together and hire the best attorney money can buy, so we have proper legal defense against the deep pockets of the company.

Remeber to question in your answer why have old NOBO list not been used to find those who sold prior to the halt? Why are we ignoring the database with the most likely perps of the fraus?????
