HI Scorpio!

I disagree about crippling the company. In what way would the company be crippled?

Is there something inherently wrong in asking for some positive results BEFORE we start passing out huge chunks of shares for ZERO results as far as the investors portion is concerned?

I believe rational thinking would lead down the path of far less a blank check and then WHEN this company is able to sustain its own self without further dilution through yet another fund raising, we could consider some additional options.

This request is like paying in advance for something against only hope that it might be delivered sometime down the road. Then again, it might not be delivered at all.

All I am saying is that this can wait. Let's get the shareholder's in their proper position in this company, FIRST.

What is wrong with delaying this request until after we get past break even? I haven't hear one good or sound argument addressing this yet.

IF SKS and company are so positive that traction is just around the corner, THIS YEAR, then they should have zero problem waiting for the OPTIONS GRAB.

scorpio, I disagree. I think a lot of longs have seen their investment, which is an amount to the investors that is a pretty large sum they have worked very hard for, get diluted and postponed.

We all acknowledge it has been hard.

BUT, Sprague and Feeney are ALREADY paid very highly for their services of which at this point have not shown any revenues.

One may quip about "progress" but that is worth squat unless revenues come in.

It "appears" revenues will start to come in, but if they are, why cannot Wave mgmt simply do something "feel/good" for investors who have dealt with half-truths, sprague-speak, plays, lawsuits, questionable sales, "founders shares", and mud-slogging for over a decade?

Why can't Wave mgmt simply show investors they care about the investors? Is that so difficult?
