So, let's cut the top three's bonus options out of the plan and out of the picture... would the plan then be any more or less fair, equitable, and necessary? in my opinion, No. There is a seething rage smoldering below the surface among a proportion of longs, that won't be quenched until SKS takes a vow of poverty or delivers at least a $10+ share price. this is a geat time to cripple the company in its management discretion... just when the hocky stick is poised to inflect skyward.
