You're entitled to your polemic points, but the actual percentage of equity is a function of actual shares. Try to vote a share portended by an unexercised option.

we agree for once, in concept, at least -- i certainly want to give management 1/3 of a $1 billion+ market cap company, assuming that they get us there, and these option plan changes get us there FASTER. All this other staticly analyzed bean-counter fretting does not persuade me.
