That doesn't sound right. You're saying that the year starts out with 250,000 subscribers, which in itself is not realistic since that is saying that there must be a sudden upsurge in January from the number of subscribers carrying over from the previous year.

Then you go on to say to add more on top of that, so you are exceeding the projection for year end. You're right in the sense that the more and sooner you add subscribers, the more the price comes down per subscriber, but you are double dipping and also making unrealistic predictions in order to get it as low as you can.
