I think a better way to calculate average per month subscriber fees is to take the year 3 revenues ($79M), divide by 12 months, and divide again by number of subscribers projected by year end (250K). That comes to $26.33 per subscriber per month.
This is an overestimate, since it is assumed that some of those 250K will sign up during year 3. So the actual number is probably closer to $20 per subscriber per month.
Using basic factoring, 79M/250K = 11M/x. x = year 1 projected subscribers = 34,810.
