PLf, I don't know who their going to partner up with but I smell something coming.
I think the board has sent out a clear message that they are not interested in paying out a dividend to the shareholders. They had many opportunities to do so but chose to repurchase shares instead.
If the directors owned more stock they might consider a dividend but they hold mostly RSU's and options.
