JimLur, normally restricted stock/RSUs receive dividends...

so the Board is gradually becoming more inclined to allow cash dividends in the future. It's probably only the 5 million remaining available/outstanding options that are still working against cash dividends.

Olddog, please correct me if I'm wrong about dividend participation by restricted stock and RSUs.
