give me a break...if they were an established company with a proven track record, then it could be considered merely a distraction...

noone's trying to hide the fact that they have had a rocky start getting a foothold in the Telecom business...mistakes were made, poor decisions, deadlines were missed...but noone can say they haven't gone for it, and big strides are being made as we speak...WHEN this Mexican JV is in full swing Globetel will finally have some stability...

you know precisely what Nerd means when he says the SEC is "in charge of the books"...they can look at anything and everything they desire to...and yes, is is a big burden on little Globetel right now...

you insist that GTEM is "hiding something"...but doesn't it grate on you guys that it's been over half a year and the SEC hasn't come up with anything yet?

I don't even know how to answer you Question. The SEC is holding the books hostage by not making a statment as to what is now under investigation, if anything. So long as they make no statement the company can not close the books, the SEC may declare something back in 2003 unacceptable, making the company restate everything from that point forward. It isn't a distraction that a company can't file a financial statement, it's a disaster.

Why would you presume guilt, or did you?
