#70646 RE: nerd86 #70637

I have given examples of other companies under formal Sec investigations who have filed financial reports BEFORE the SEC decision was made. Everytime I gave good examples they were deleted. The fact is the SEC will not make a decision until Globetel gives them the internal investigation results, if they don't do it the SEC will get much tougher. I personally do not know if that was ever completed.
You say "The SEC is holding the books hostage by not making a statement as to what is now under investigation, if anything"
I say if a company feels they have done nothing wrong, they would feel the SEC would come up with nothing and continue business as usual. So why would you come up with innocence, or don't you?
