Nerd, do you really believe the SEC would have that much influence On a compaNy if it wasn't possibly hiding Something. The SEC is not in charge of Globetel's books. It is Globetel who made the books not the SEC. You had stock in a company that has had many SEC investigations and it never held the share price or the company down. They are executing before and during the investigations and the SEC is only considered a distraction. (Company in bold letters)
