That is a dead issue. Lawyers quit the case for non payment.

The judge struck the order for legal fees from the preliminary judgement.

It is a matter of public knowledge that companies are in talks with Black Dragon. I'm sure they know about this situation since it is a matter of public record.

That was wishful thinking by OMDA.

You will all see these kinds of attacks coming as the price goes up. Remember that anyone buying the company has a vested interest in keeping the stock price down with misinformation, or negative sentiments.

Check CT's previous post with a COPY OF THE JUDGEMENT. Not a press release from an OMDA reject.

OMDA is a fraud, look up their management and the lawsuits against them. That should remove any doubt about OMDA's viability.
