I doubt anybody will get serious about acquiring any
interest in Black Dragon with the OMDA lawsuit against
Lanza and Black Dragon hanging over their heads.

I understand that OMDA is claiming many of the BDGR
assets plus damages. So far, the court seems to be
siding with OMDA.

Time will tell.
