#8385 RE: stockdoc68 #8384

Thanks for the reply

My concern like everyone's is that this needs to go through and hopefully it will. I echo Investology's concern that Jay has not produced on several big plans and what we need is execution not talk. As I have a considerable amount invested in MOBL, I am hoping I have not made a big mistake. To this point we are all suffering with big losses mounting.

I do believe that Jay has been trying very hard but he underestimated the difficulties that he would run into. Why we are not more focused on our Business model escapes me. It seems like we have put together a hodge podge of technologies with very little real planning hoping that something would come of it. This is how it seems from the outside anyway. Why we have an Internet Gaming company as one of our divisions is not focusing our energies on Wimax/Wifi which I think is where we should be. DAVEL while I understand the initial plans for purchasing this company by using the real estate as space for wireless footprints has not panned out.

I have been very supportive of MOBL through the two years + years I have been holding. I think the time is now for some execution.

STOCKDOCK:

If this spin-off / IPO took place, it would be mean immediate money for the MOBL core, as well as dividend shares of Kite to MOBL SHs. But what will Jay do next. Will he pay-off Cornell, or will he maintain the that quicksand trap, and borrow more money to fund other acquisitions?

Jay has some strange business senses. I for one will bail if I can get a decent chance to get my money back. I might buy back into Kite however.
