It’s hard for me to comprehend why he would tell you “he doesn’t know what the SEC wants”? Has he not even bothered to investigate why the SEC halted the trading of shares of his company, nor is he concerned about our Gray Sheet situation? Sorry if I’m reading more into your conversation but I just don’t get it. How in the hell can he “seem relaxed” as you say he was during your phone call? Did he actually tell you that “you know you can still trade your shares”? All he can say is “yes…he has to give updates”? Sorry, I just don’t get it. Anyone else find this info disturbing? Why is he not in the US and all over getting this situation corrected? This to me is just unbelievable.
