CY, I think you get it all too well. He actually told me those things yes.
I agree with you, if the SEC hasn't contacted him as he says then he should get on the horn and call the SEC himself. I got the impression by his responses that he was not too concerned.
When I asked him about the updates it struck me as odd when he said he "has to give updates", again, it seemed that he didnt care too much about my concerns. It was almost like I caought him in middle of something else and EQBM didn't seem to be on his mind at the time.
It's tough to try and read too deeply into a conversation like this because techinically it is protocol for an insider to be somewhat vague with the intention to harbor any inside information. I was an executive for a small publicly trading co and know all about that fine line.
Having wrote all of that, Larry still has no excuses for keeping the lights out on us.
