CY, I believe he is still in Europe. It was more than 3 hours difference. He politely pointed out from the start of the conversation that I was calling too late. I heard a TV in the background, sounded like he was watching cartoons but I'm not sure. He also said that he does not know what the SEC wants after I brought up our Gray Sheet situation. "they probably just want some financial reports". He told me "you know you can still trade you shares" but I didnt get into that discussion with him. I asked if he plans on getting us back to the pinks and he said he is looking into it and then he brought up the fact that SOMA is trading "out here" on the FF.
Lastly, I asked if he plans on giving us an update, he said yes, he has to give updates.
