1)Yes, if you held past Dec 31st, you will get the divy.
2)Yes, when it is distributed, it will just show up in your account, although it is still unknown if they will be restricted or not.
3)I am not quite sure about this one
4)The shorters will then be short twice as much. If someone is short, say, 2 million @ .40, they will now be short 4 million @ .20.
