As the company stated, the divvy will be given to shareholders who held the stock on Dec 31, 2006.
1) People who sold on Jan 1, 2007 will still get the divvy? (I know, markets weren't open on that day but you get the idea).
2) When they finally approve the divvvy will the shares just show up in my account?
3) Will all outstanding shares recieve the divvy? Including the ones that are not trading or just the float will recieve the divvy shares?
4) What about the shorts? They will be short twice as much? If there are naked shorts then they created virtual shares that do not actually exist, so now there will be twice as many?
Hopefully someone can answer this.
