Nohypenobull: CK does not have its own product. It is not a manufacturer, but a reseller of another manufacturer(s) product, CK pays to have its logo placed on it, a package designed for it. He touted patents of DRM and BBM along with trademearks. He continually declined requests to prove the patents under the guise of "provisional" to keep them secret. Even searches for trademarks such as "secure advantage" never appeared on the patent/trademark web site. No web portals allegedly tied to this reported technology ever appeared including the most recent one for MyFanKey, as advertised in the Nascar guide. These alleged patents and associated technology would have been on display at CES for all the indusrty to see and witness. Where were all the alleged solutions wrapped around the flash drives, as none in the marketplace that I ever saw. IMHO it is nothing more than wishful thinking, part of the overall deception for which he and the company are charged with alleged fraud. Logically thinking here for a minute...if you had these alleged patents, solutions etc wouldn't you in his current position be looking for someone to buy it, or partner with to get out of this money and legal quicksand? In fact, wouldnt you have already lined up partnerships? Big names in the industry knocking down their doors with deals and offers? Instead the company is at Fose trying to sell keepsafes and biolocks that it does not produce. Look at X4 technology for flash by Sandisk, for example, and see how they partner up.
