NHNB,
Once the Feds and SEC and lawyers take all of the penalties, fees, etc, I don't think the company has anymore money to operate. Add on that everyone involved (likely everyone in the company currently) will likely be banned from working within the company (or running ANY company) again, the company is likely going to go bankrupt.
It would not shock me if it happens before the trial has concluded.
