I say this because this could have been a really good company based on the products they have.
Also, the SEC knows that alot of investors were burned here and lets face it...Plant will never be able to pay restitution to all of them. He wont even get a sentence...He will get the usual slap on the wrist......And thats a real crime because it allows other crooked CEO's to do the same thing to investors.
Think about it...You make a few million and the SEC bans you from dealing with a public company....
They should do time....IMO
