A friend of mine just made the observation that you and other naysayers have made no reference to Wave's role with Seagate and the new Momentus 5400.2 drives. His assumption is that some of the shorts are currently being very active on this board in order to facilitate as much capitulation as possible with the objective of covering their short positions. Do you see the writing on the wall?
patents....So somebody says he/she doesnt think Wave's patents protect them. Of course, there is no statement that this person is a patent atty. or knows anything about that subject. I have seen many cases in my life (I am not a lawyer) where patent holders purposely let others market their patent & then when there is sufficient money involved, they move in & collect royalties. Mostly I have seen this done for the money, not just to prevent marketing. Wave might do very well letting many companies use their patent & pay them royalties.
