cygnuscap, now that makes a lot of sense. Start patent litigation to fend off existing competitors.

A friend of mine just made the observation that you and other naysayers have made no reference to Wave's role with Seagate and the new Momentus 5400.2 drives. His assumption is that some of the shorts are currently being very active on this board in order to facilitate as much capitulation as possible with the objective of covering their short positions. Do you see the writing on the wall?
