Cosign, the need for additional funding was apparant prior to the Q4 report. (see my 2/22/07 post #137980) That was based on $1.5 Q4 revs. We only had $866K. We will need an infusion,likely prior to end of April. The surprise to me is the size of the shelf $25M, it isn't a confidence builder. Doesn't a new shelf require SH approval?
