I thought so, and was expecting a much better Q4 with some
color for the next qtrs that was much more positive...unfortunately I don't have the time many here seem to have to wait, and now the sp really sucks..

The shelf is the same size as previous shelfs. I don't think it means much. They'll use what they need and have the remainder available as insurance.
